Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment:
We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Santa’s Star is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our warehouse

Estimated Delivery Time:

• United States: 5-10 business days

• Canada & UK: 7–10 business days

• Australia & Europe: 7–10 business days

• Other Countries: 15–30 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to high seasonal demand, customs delays, or local delivery service schedules.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking to update.

Duties & Taxes:
All prices include basic international shipping. However, depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These are not included in the purchase price.

Delays & Lost Packages:
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@santasstar.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Holiday Shipping Notice:
Santa’s Star is a seasonal product! We recommend placing orders by December 15th to ensure delivery before Christmas.
