Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Due to the seasonal nature of the product, returns after December 15 may not be eligible for refund unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@santasstar.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of damage or error on our part).
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
